Dear Old boys, well-wishers and Friend

We are happy to state that our school has been developing in all curricular, co-curricular and extra curricular activities.

The O/L Pass rate has been increased from 40% to 70% during the period 2002 - 2009.

The University Admission also has been increased from 7 to 25 during the period 2002 - 2009.

Our students made remarkable achievements in sports.

Our students have won several awards in National level competitions (Gardening, Art, Tamil Day and cultural competitions)

Celebrated the Golden Jubilee of the school in a grand scale in 2008.

The Prize Day 2009 Celebrated with cost of nearly Rs. 350000/=

Steps have been taken to develop the infrastructure and human resource facilities through various ways and means.

Rs. 150000/= spent for transportation of students for various competitions last year, especially for sports competitions. Students have to travel all over the Island to participate in various competitions. If our school has a vehicle, like other schools, we can make use of the money for education development activities.

Therefore, our SDS has decided to get a vehicle during this year. They have already started to collect funds for this purpose.
